  • 人類白血球組織抗原 (human leukocyte antigen: HLA) 是一種極複雜細胞膜之醣蛋白，提供細胞辨識，抗原刺激，及調控免疫反應等功能。HLA是僅次於ABO抗原影響移植器官及造血幹細胞存活之重要因素。
    HLA-typing又稱為組織相容試驗 (histocompatibility test)，有分為第一(HLA-A,B,C)和第二型(HLA-DP,DQ,DR)測試，在長期需接受輸血的患者或組織器官、幹細胞移植時，都必須進行HLA-typing，對於幹細胞移植時必須HLA-A,B及HLA-DR所有部位六對必須HLA相合才能夠進行移植。
    Human Leukocyte Antigen(HLA) is an extremely complicate glycoproteins of Membrane，which can identify cells, stimulate antigen, and regulate immune system。HLA is one of the most important factors affecting the survival rate of transplanted organ and hematopoietic stem cell，only next to ABO antigen。 HLA typing, also known as histocompatibility test，can be divided into two types, Type I(HLA-A,B,C) and Type II(HLA-DP, DQ,DR) test. For patients or organs which need long term stem cell transplantation or blood transfusion, they all need to take HLA typing test. As far as stem cell transplantation is concerned，all six pairs of antigens of the donor and the recipient have to be matched for the transplantation operation。
